An elegant, young beauty, Morgan is an phenomenal new addition to the roster at the Matthew Agency. Her fun, bubbly personality made our photo shoot a joy, and the sparkle in her eye shows through in the finished images. I love working with new models because they're pliable, like new clay. While Morgan took direction well, she found little ways to make each pose her own.
For a model to exude such class and poise in her first photo shoot was so pleasant. She is another fresh face I am excited to see develop at the agency. I look forward to seeing her grow as a model. Enjoy! -JM

Larissa was the very lucky winner of a free portfolio shoot, and all she had to do was reach under her chair at the recent "Model Orientation." Finding my photography post card earned her a free 4 look session! If Larissa looks familiar, you may recognize her from the stage of the Grand Rapids Ballet Company. Given her background as a dancer, I knew the shoot would be a breeze. She is a natural mover, has tremendous control over her body and the shapes that it makes.

I was extremely proud and excited when Lee and Birch approached me not only to provide our models from The Matthew Agency for their Spring/Summer look book for 2010, but to also shoot it! A day in a sun filled garden, racks and racks of clothing and accessories, and of course a great crew of helpers produced a phenomenal series of images.

Steph is a relatively new model at the Matthew Agency, but she worked her portfolio photo shoot like a pro. I have been so lucky as a photographer to continually work with such professional acting and versatile talent, and it gives me great pride knowing they are all represented by my agency. Lizzie entered the studio with a very laid back demeanor. She is a girl that has that sense of air and lightness about her, with the long flowing locks and pale skin. One can imagine her dancing through a field of wild flowers, or perhaps a child of flower power were she born in another decade.

Mikiala is not the tallest model at the Matthew Agency, but she can give the other girls a run for their money in the category of spunk and energy. I first met Mikiala at Grand Rapids Fashion Week, where she stomped that runway just as strong as her taller cohorts. She brought that same intensity and energy to her photo shoot.
